Refund policy

We want to know you are happy and love what you have ordered. We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return for credit or exchange.

To be eligible for a credit or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at info@greenyourevent.com.au.  Once we have received your return, we will gladly process your credit or exchange.
