"Confetti–Fall" Photo Gallery Competition

1.Overview

 This Photo Gallery competition is organised by Green Your Event. By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Eligibility

The Competition is open to individuals residing in Australia who are 18 years or older.

3. Entry Requirements

• Theme: Photos must feature a wedding moment using freeze dried rose petal confetti.
• Submission Format:
  File type:  JPG or PNG.
• Maximum File size: 10 MB. High resolution (suitable for online display).
• Entries must be the participant’s original work and not infringe on copyright or intellectual property rights.

4. How to Enter

Submit your photo by emailing info@greenyourevent.com.au. Type Competition in the Subject line.

Include your name, email address, and a brief caption describing the photo.

Each participant may submit up to 3 entries.

5. Competition Timeline

Opening Date: 1st January 2025

Closing Date: 30th June 2025

Voting or Judging Date: 1st July 2025

Winner Announcement: 1st July 2025

6. Judging and Voting

Winners will be selected based on creativity, relevance to the theme, and
photo quality.

Judging will be conducted by a panel of experts selected by the Organiser.

The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify entries that do not meet the guidelines or are deemed inappropriate.

7. Prizes

First Prize: A $250 Visa Gift voucher to spend on anything you wish

Runner Up:  A $150 Visa Gift
voucher to spend on anything you wish

8. Copyright and Usage Rights

Participants retain ownership of their photos.

By entering the Competition, participants grant Green Your Event a royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use submitted photos for marketing, promotion, and display purposes, with credit to the photographer.

9. Privacy

Personal information collected will be used solely for the purpose of administering the Competition and will not be shared with third parties without
consent

10. Limitation of Liability

Green Your Event is not responsible for technical issues, lost entries, or other factors beyond their control that may affect participation.

11. General Conditions

The Organiser reserves the right to cancel or modify the Competition at any time.

Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with Australian law.
